We just had our consultation with Dave and he was great. He knows the product, company history, how people are trained, making the product. Very knowledgeable. He did not push us through the process and answered all our questions along the way. Every decision was ours. We were very comfortable with everything we learned and we now await our new custom shower enclosure.

Great experience from start to finish. Details are gone over with you at the initial visit, options offered. Office will call you with dates, and a reminder call the day before. Installers were very professional and thorough, personable and tidy.

Steve and Doug put in our walk-in shower, and we couldn't love it more.nWe already had a tub installed by Bath Fitters about 10 years ago, so they not only had to remove that but also the cast iron tub. That's a lot of work and takes a lot of skill. They were very friendly and lots of fun. They arrived right on time (8:00) and finished by 4:00. Couldn't ask for more.
