Food and Drug and the Bug has serviced our site for several years now. They were a massive upgrade over our previous IPM provider. They are very organized and make it nearly effortless to remain compliant with safety regulations. Their staff (we've worked with Tim and Quinn) are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to work with you to discuss strategies that would be best for your facility (rather than a lazy, blanket solution that may not be ideal). We highly recommend them.

The owner and employees are wonderful to work with, very responsive to our needs, and make sure that they bring up any structural issues that could possibly allow pest inside our building. I have been in the food processing business for over 25 years and have worked with many Pest prevention companies. I can honestly say Food and Drug and the Bug, is by far the best company I have dealt with. They do a complete analysis of your facility and customize a Pest prevention program suited to your facilities needs. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Since hiring them we have seen a drastic reduction regarding pest activity. Their approach to pest prevention is very audit friendly which is a must if your facility is subjected to multiple agency audits.
