Nothing like being told they won't rent to you and all because the last time I was there I got scared and called the front desk to see if they would make it so a certain someone could not come in their property so they couldn't stock me there. B so the front desk called the cops to check on me and then the head manager asked me us to leave the next day because they have a zero tolerance for cops policy. Fml it was your employees fault for calling them. Talk paying for someone else's mistake....
This place is the best! Great staff and all new renovations! I would recommend it to anybody.
Most of my stay was great until I asked for a later check out on the day I was leaving. Was told no because a hockey team was coming in. Never once was I told it was because I have a double room. I would have switched to a single room if I was given the choice. I am also handicap and walk with a Walker and said I would need help tomorrow upon check out. I was told they couldn't guarantee it. So how does someone using a Walker carry their suitcase and use a Walker at the same time? If u are handicap I would not recommend this place. Actually everyone I have dealt with here has been very helpful and nice except for the girl at the front desk this morning.
Very clean hotel would highly recommend it to anyone wanting somewheres to stay over a weekend. Has a nice heater/air conditioner and cable and usb chargers in the lamps!
Rooms were nice beds were comfortable places clean but under construction for remodeling
