The sales associates were very helpful. I wanted to take advantage of an upcoming sale two days away, and the associate did not pressure me into purchasing, but was willing for me to return and save some money.

GREAT paint store. A painter's heaven whether it's brushing,rolling or spraying. Very clean and organized with helpful staff.

I do most of my paint shopping at the Rumford store in Maine. The help is great ! If I need product,advice, or delivery to my job they do their best to make my job easy with a great product !

One more time I am Very dissatisfied with the customer service at the Auburn Maine location of Sherwin Williams Paint Store.nI went down Monday morning at 8am to place my order for 6 gallons of wood stain. I was told it would be ready before closing that day.nI stated I'd pick them up Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning the order was not done. 4 gallons were ready but the other 2 would come from another store by Wednesday morning. Today(Wednesday), it's still not ready. Staff member stated she would have the Lewiston store make it and she would drive over to the Lewiston to get it. She should be back in a half hour or so and she'd call me when she was back. Three hours later, with no call back, I wentnback to the Auburn store and the order was finally complete.nOn top of this. I needed to call to her attention, my receipt from purchases yesterday of painting supplies where I had been overcharged for an item.nI will go back to getting my paint at a Hardware store. They mix it while you wait !!! I could have had it all on Monday.
