Excellent customer service very friendly staff
Good service went really well couldn't ask better place to go
Good customer service. Our first morning of riding during the busy 2020 school vacation week our Arctic Cat ZR had a chain tensioner failure. We were able to ride the sled to the Plourde & Plourde Dealership and within 24 hours they had diagnosed the problem but unfortunately they did not have parts in stock to repair the sled. But, John in the service department researched Maine Arctic Cat Dealerships that had the parts that were needed. We stopped at the three dealerships on our way home and I repaired the sled that evening, and we were able to ride the beautiful snowmobile trails in Western Maine at the end of the vacation week.nRon Russell, President Rumford Polar Bears SC
I will never go there again
Caribou usually a stopover when Starting out of Millinocket on Sleds up into New Brunswick and QC.More than Once needed some sort of Repair to Continue Saddle-bagging North Always had Good Experiences getting In and out of the Shop Quickly.Once had complete broken slide front suspension arm Replaced within a Few hours.Mostly running through Area during Week,so not Busy.Never had any issues with there Repairs.Thanks from N.Y for all the Help to Keep us Sleddin.CU Soon.
