With my previous visit a couple of weeks ago to Clinton Subway, I would've given it 5 stars. But, tonight's visit......they were going too fast and trying to skimp on condiments, veggies, salt and pepper. I had to ask for extra two times. They need to slow down and relax and listen to their customer. And this time my herb and cheese roll was "not" fresh. It was like day old bread and crusty as was my husband's wheat roll. So a little dissatisfied. I hope it improves before my next visit.
SLOW SERVICE TOOK over 5 minutes to make 3 sandwiches try to kick me and my family out then after a other customer try to order and didn’t tell him the same and there was no ice in the machine
My first time at this location. I ordered from home through the app. Wasn’t ready when I got here and the time it said it would be. There has been a steady stream of 10-15 people in here. Only 3 people working behind the counter. You need more employees here. If I had got here and waited in line, I would be out the door.
The staff was very pleasant, the store is very clean. I will go back again. You must wear a mask to go in side.
Do not order from this subway using the app! Every time I have placed an order the order has been completely wrong. It was as if they didn’t even bother to read the order. I have had this happen at least a half a dozen times! The employees do not seem knowledgeable about what they are doing and appear to be short staffed often. I will avoid going to this subway again
