My son in law is a patient. He has lost over 20 lbs and is in constant pain. The Dr. Has done nothing but write prescriptions. This hasn't done anything to helpnWe are now going to find another Dr. There is no emergency telephone number to contact the Dr. and the emergency room visit was useless except for them making a ton of money. Look for other help. He had emergency surgery one week later. He is now fighting cancer. He is no longer a patient. I would advise seeking other facility.

Do not trust your life with this man. He ignored all of the warning signs my husband had and would NOT do a colonoscopy on my husband when it was scheduled. My husband could not keep the prep down and had lost 8 lbs from his ER visit on a Thursday night from vomiting up blood to the following Thursday when his procedure was scheduled. He could have done a colonoscopy but would NOT do it. Dr. James Strobel said that my husband needed to work on getting his stomach straightened out and scheduled a colonoscopy for the following month. Only when told we would find someone else, who would help my husband. Did his office agree to order a CT scan. When the CT scan was done my husband found out he has Stage 4 Colon Cancer. My husband went to Strobel's office at the beginning of July and the colonoscopy was not even scheduled until August 15th. We did not even meet Dr. Strobel until the day of the procedure. I will NEVER let another family member be ignored by this doctor. Please advocate for your health that is the only reason my husband is alive. When he left the hospital he was 120 lbs. When he went to Strobel's Office he was 155 lbs!
