I don't usually take the time to give a shout out to peers, but do appreciate some of the extra efforts you guys have gone through to help over the last two to three months. There are significant challenges created every time one of these type programs move to a new vendor. It seems like these manufacturers always want to move to new vendors right during the MedD open enrollment initiatives. You've been understanding to our staff and helped carry through some of the urgent needs of our patients.

Last 6 months I’ve had no problems which I’m extremely grateful for but I’ll be out of my pills in 4 days so it’s imperative they get sent out ASAP.nnI called 3 times today only to be put on hold 20 plus minutes each time. I’m very frustrated and I’m starting to understand all the poor reviews. I will be discussing with my doctor to see if I can use a different online pharmacy.

No complaints, but sent my two meds in two different shipments. Would prefer one since my mailbox is so small. They said they would accommodate next time.

My medicine showed up sooner than expected. My medicine program got moved to them last week. It usually takes weeks to arrive; but this time it was just 3 days. The lady on the phone was a lot of help. So far so good.
