I eat here often. Normally love the food. I like the beef and cheddar without the red sauce. I ordered two of them last night and both of them had the sauce scraped off. They still had the sauce flavor soaked into the bun. Not a huge deal, but irritating.
Longest wait times ever. Some staff can be very rude. I'm taking any future business to another location
Arby's has and pretty much always will be one of my favorite fast food places to eat I usually get excellent customer service and the food is usually really good if I have an issue the stores usually fix it right away
For some reason they always forget something... if it’s a fork... my drink... my food. Food tastes good but the employees are not trained properly.
We were waiting for 20 minutes for a burger. There were mostly teenagers and they were doing more talking then working. but they still got our order right. Just would of liked to see more working.
