We are so fortunate to have this Post Office staff in our community! Our carrier Sue is phenomenal. I think our dogs like her more than us. The deliveries are on time, and we often get a call to make sure a delivery that is time sensitive was made from the local Postmaster. If I could rate them higher than Google's five stars, I would.
I’ve had several different mail men and women over the years. My favorite is Anthony, but if he’s on vacation whoever is on the route is always pleasant also.nnThe ladies that run the interior of the post office are always friendly and help me fumble my way through the process of sending boxes or letters. Cheers and Thanks for being there day in and day out.
D.D. & Sue were so helpful and phenomenal this morning when we stopped in to get our daughters passport. They were so kind and accommodating with us through this process!
I realize that the weather is extreme. But...my driveway is clear, sidewalk is open to the front door, mailbox accessible. And we were still there. No note was left as they claim they did. Really? Don't lie. Just say you didn't try because of the weather.
I just don't understand why I don't receive the weekly grocery ads and coupons that sometimes come in the paper on Thursday. I've complained on the phone before, and was told they run out of them occasionally. But Steger never runs out and their ads are delivered with their papers on Wednesday. I hate to blame the letter carriers, as their service is usually fine, but it must be someone's fault.
