I have frequented this Subway many times and never had problems. Today was very different. 1. We ordered ahead of time through their app, but the sandwiches weren't ready when I arrived 5 minutes after they were supposed to be. They were finally given to me 23 minutes later than when we ordered them to be ready. 2. One of the worker's pants were sagging down past their butt and showed of their underwear. He kept pulling them up, but he didn't pull them up high enough. 3. The toasted sandwich was cold and soggy when finally given to me. The ingredients were good, just not up to the usual Subway standard. You can do better.

Remodel looks good. Seems like its going to take a minute for this location to get back up to par. It's always hot or miss based on the staff at the time

This place is an epic example of how every restaurant in Utah has been a complete disappointment since I have moved here. They can't get a formulated menu right, and their portions are pathetically off. I will never eat out in Utah again after this.

The bread is ALWAYS stale. They never put enough toppings on. They usually get something in the order wrong. I didnt get two of the sauces I wanted on mine. Their chocolate chip cookies are disappointing. One of the sandwiches had double the meat even though we didn't ask for it. Very inconsistent. I live in Syracuse and will be traveling to Kaysville for their subs. They are always so soft and fresh, their chocolate cookies are to die for, and are always friendly. They never get the order wrong!

Good food the bread was a little let's say not fresh baked but ok.
