Every time they forget something on my online order how idk then they are always slow don’t see how they don’t get more complaints employees work with no sense of urgency

Yuck. We went through once and asked for two decaf coffees cream an sugar. We got hot chocolates. Today we asked for iced coffee with liquid sugar and a vanilla chai. The iced coffee stated like straight simple syrup, and I don’t know WHAT she put in my “chai” but it tastes like three day old sweet tea and milk. Smells and tastes awful. Y’all need to get it together. Waste of time and money.

By far the worst Dunkin’ ever. They are always messing up the order. A bunch of teenagers that don’t care!!! I just ordered from the drive thru 2 coffees 2 chocolate milks and 25 munchkins 1/2 jelly 1/2 glazed. I get to the window and pay as they are giving me my order I check the munchkins low and behold it was mixed. I tell them I didn’t order that and their reply was we don’t have jelly munchkins. I tell them just give me 10 munchkins and 2 donuts so they did, but the other problem was i told them there is a cost difference and would would like some of my money back they looked at me like I was crazy. It’s not a big deal that they don’t have the munchkins the problem is they never communicate and just give you anything. Just pure carelessness by a bunch of teenagers!!!! Every time I go there it’s always something with them. Save your aggravation and go to a different Dunkin!!!!!
