Had whole house humidifier system installed. Did not seem to be working adequate to my needs. Chris inspected, and had several suggestions. He will advise some changes to optimise humidity in the home. Staying tuned, but happy with customer service thus far.nnUpdate: Humidifier determined to be underpowered for what we needed. Worked with company at length to try to come up with a cost-effective alternative. In the end, decided to have system removed and use floor evaporative units. Company was professional, understanding, and stood behind their products. I will continue to use them for service.

Tim was on time. He was very polite, courteous & professional. He went to the basement to check the furnace, came back up & told me that everything was in good working order and all that was needed was just routine maintenance, he told me the cost & that it would only take about half hour. With my okay, he went back downstairs & did the maintenance. He came upstairs, told me about the AC check in a month or so & told me about the 30 day warranty for this visit. I paid him & he left. I would definitely refer your company to friends & family.

The valve controlling the flow of water into the humidifier was not operating correctly so Pat replaced it and now it is working the way it should. Pat did a good job, worked efficiently, and is very friendly and easy to get along with. He is an outstanding representative for his company.

Tech came out and gave an estimate, he was very friendly and forward with his information. Good guy!nnTechs were good at their job and got things done quick. Can't ask for better service.

Jesse was very professional, responsive, and had our furnace going very quickly once, he got the part. As soon as, he looked at the furnace, he knew what was wrong. I called late Friday night and he was at our house within 10 minutes. He couldn't get the inducer until the next morning, but called me real early the next morning. In no time, we had heat. AAA Northgate has always been very efficient and responsive. I highly recommend them.
