Around a month or two ago I had them out to install a back up sump pump and a whole house water filter. I talked to a guy on the phone and he quoted me $600 to do the work. He called a week later and wanted to do the install that day. No notice but hey I was desperate and the price seemed fair.nOne of their techs arrived later that day and proceeded to spend several hours doing the work. And let me tell you the finished work was top notch. The guy was super friendly and like I said the work he did was pro.nnBut here's why they only get two stars from me. I was quoted $600 on the phone and when the bill came it was over $800. That's close to a 40% increase over what I was quoted. Now I know why they bill you instead of collecting payment right after the work is done.nnLesson learned. Don't make the same mistake I did. Get a written quote from these guys first before the work is done.

Great family business! Dick Rich has replaced our Water Heater and helped us install a brand new bathroom, including moving the rough in. Their team was a pleasure to work with, and they always left the space looking better than it did when they got there. Highly recommended!

I called Mike at Dick Rich Plumbing at about 115p on Wed July 3. He called me back within 20 minutes.nHe had a guy at my home and the repair was made within the hour.nMike is AWESOME and Nick is AWESOME !nYou made my day and restored my faith in humanity !nThank you ! thank you ! thank you !
