My husband and I called him on a Saturday morning and even though he was busy he kindly gave us suggestions of who else to call. We greatly appreciated that. If we have any needs in the future we will be calling him back.
I have called on Eric to handle plumbing needs for me the last 6 years. He is a skilled craftsman in my opinion based on multiple jobs he has done for me. He is also honest, dependable, thorough, timely, as well as friendly. His rates are in keeping with his trade and are well worth the service he provides.

Really nice guy, and he honestly didn't take very long to do the actual job. He even has been really good at coming out on short notice or after hours when necessary, but one of the jobs he had to run over to ACE hardware to pick up some parts for the job that he didn't just have on hand, and even though ACE hardware is only a mile and a half down the road, he was gone for an hour and half! And the worst part is, he charged for that hour and a half he was gone in labor. Not worth it.
Fast, friendly and fair priced. They always do an excellent job. I use them for my rentals and my personal residence.
