Management is very rude and doesn’t care about customers at all. Every time I eat here I feel sick. Roast beef always crusty and discolored. Definitely would not go to this location.
I've been in the Washington /East Peoria area since November 1st and I will say that out of all the fast food places I have been to so far Arby's is the best the food is wonderful I haven't had any issues with getting my order and the customer service is awesome. If I could give Arby's 10 stars I would.
Their market fresh bacon and ranch turkey sandwich is fantastic. I get it every single time
The manager threw a drink at my granddaughter when she went through the drive through and then called the cops on my granddaughter. My granddaughter contacted corporate and they still have not responded. I would not go there.
Just ordered two sandwiches , one pecan salad and one turkey and swiss. No drinks or fries so price was exactly, by the way these were market fresh signature sandwiches. $13.00 total , after getting home and opening up the supposedly great sandwiches . Was very disappointed and let down as the turkey and swiss had one thin slice of turkey and the pecan was not at all near good as far as taste. Next time i will just go home and make my own, what a letdown.
