Robison Chapel

Mike Robison has handled multiple funerals on my Mother's side of the family. Including my mother's recently. It was nice to work with the owner directly and he never charged for anything unnecessary. He knew my family well and treated everyone respectfully. Thank you Mike from the bottom of my heart.

Julie is so right about that. Comforting is supposed to be by family and friends. I guess they had no family or friends to comfort them. I have known Mike for 20 years, and he is a very professional person. So they do not want to impose on the family, and all they had to do was ask for more tissues, and they would have placed more out. They usually put them under the chairs at the funeral, and have a few boxes out. I have been going through Cancer, and the facility that I go to doesn't have any tissues out, you have to ask for some. But everyone grieves in their own time, and way, I have lost a lot of family members, and will be joining them soon, and I trust Robison's completely. I have had nothing but kindness and respect from all employees that work there. Now on the other hand, a lot of hospice nurse's don't do their jobs, and I have had to do it for them, or my friend, and mother would have died a lot sooner. So those in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. Also there was a reason why your father-in law went there, he trusted them to do their jobs. So if you want a quality funeral at a better price and quality then don't go to the Swan people, they have become a monopoly in this area, and their employees lie, and do not do their jobs, and sell inferior products as those offered by Robisons. I have arranged my service their, and my sister has also done her planning there, and my mother looked better than she had in a long time, they did a wonderful job in making her look like her again, and I will always miss her.

Im so confused by the previous post....we have had 4 family members and many friends at Robisons and had nothing but wonderful and professional service. I am sorry for anyone's loss but comfort is found in friends and family and I would find it odd for employee's of the funeral home to comfort me or my children. They are to be silent and in the background and only there for assistance when needed. Again time after time we have had a wonderful experience at Robisons.
