As 7suall. Always a good gym to go to. Been to a few health clubs an some higher end gyms. But with the best bang for the buck an the quality of the gym. This is the best place over all. Friendly people always will to help an a knowledgeable staff for any supplement they have on the shelf. If You Msg them on msgr. They are very responsive.
Nice gym. Friendly staff. Actually has snacks and drinks I want to buy and not junk food. Has everything you need to build muscle and strength. Seems setup for powerlifting and bodybuilding, but has cardio machines as well. I think it's a nice balance. 24/7 access and reasonable staffed hours.
So far it's been good. It's near home so I thought I'd try it. It has enough equipment. It's kinda small. The only complaint is the equipment doesn't have any pictures on them and I don't know how to use all of them. I've been to several gyms and I can usually figure things out. Nice people too.
One of the best places to work out seriously everyone is super nice they dont care about your size and will help out. For instance I needed something to do a workout that I didn't have and a gentleman helped me out just said put it on my bag I was floored the level of trust and communication is just out of this world! Talk about clean doesn't smell someone is always cleaning something when am in there very impressed. They will have to kick me out for sure. ud83dude0a
