I took my daughter here because I love that it is family owned and wanted to support our Crystal lake community. Alicia was wonderful! She took the time to educate my daughter on what steps to take to heal. She was attentive, informative and had such a welcoming and friendly personality. I left there feel so glad I went there as opposed to other chains. As a parent it made me happy I took my daughter somewhere she felt comfortable. Thank you Alicia!nnI also was so impressed with the office staff at how friendly and comforting they were!

Treatment at Crystal Lake Physical Therapy has been a very positive experience. You’re always greeted with a smile. It’s a very warm environment; when you’re in pain this truly makes a difference. The therapists are very knowledgeable and professional. In my opinion they go the extra mile to figure out the best way to help their patients. I highly recommend this physical therapy group.

I am so impressed at the skills each one of the therapists have. They work so well together to solve my problems. I highly recommend either place (Crystal Lake or Huntley) for physical therapy.

This place is amazing.. My hubby and I have been coming here for a few years now with different things going on.. Every one is great at what they do and they totally listen to your needs to help you recover.nWe would totally recommend Crystal Lake Therapy to everyone....

I have had two total knee replacements and a total shoulder replacement so I have had “experience” with many physical therapy establishments. Crystal Lake Physical Therapy is the very best I have ever had the pleasure to receive help from. They don’t bounce back and forth between you and two other patients. They don’t have a tech set you up. What they do is spend a full hour with you one-on-one and if you are in too much pain for one approach, they do something else to get it to work. I am SO pleased I found them!!!
