Ordered a 12in and a 6in sub tonight for delivery. We literally live on the same road Casey's is on. Was called and told they cut the delivery for the night at 7:45pm. I asked for a refund and told the boy on the phone to go ahead and make the sandwiches, that I would be up there for pickup.nI waited about 10mins to head up to the store. The boy behind the counter was just pulling out the bread to make the 1st sandwich. I had to tell him how to make it and I even wrapped my own sandwich for him.nHe said that he had never made a sandwich before. The other boy, with a little more experience came back from a delivery and made my other sandwich for me. They both apologized a million times for there lack of and inadequate training.nThe older women behind the cash register was NO HELP AT ALL! Her name tag read Cheri. She should have been back there helping these poor boys who had no clue on what they were doing. Instead she was sweeping, stocking and wiping stuff down, as if she was getting a head start on her Closing Duties.nThis Casey's in Heyworth IL needs help! The customer service is Horrible ud83dude1e

Stopped here for restrooms and gas. Store is clean, staff very friendly.
