Michelle is a great coach and fitness instructor. I'm an older client interested in general fitness. I've already been working out for several years and needed a new trainer. Although in good health I had particular concerns due to Fusion back surgery several years ago.nnMichelle quickly assessed my abilities,needs and goals. She came up with sound recommendations backed up by solid knowledge of physiology and fitness practices. She demonstrates the proper techniques, not just explains them. She emphasizes good form first (very important in my case), followed by a no-nonsense work ethic. That said Michelle is very personable and easy to work with. She's a solid professional that I would recommend to a broad range of clients.
Michelle is an excellent trainer! She's always upbeat and has a very wide variety of training methods, which keeps things fun and interesting. Whether you're looking to stay fit, get fit, or improve your fitness level, I'd definitely recommend Michelle as your trainer!
I have worked with Michelle at Foxfire Fitness and found her to be a great physical training instructor who is pleasant to work with and is very interested in her client's health and wellness.
