Good experience today. There was a mistake with the website. Clayton did a fantastic job keeping his cool and coming up with a solution which made the most sense for the customer not the company. It's rare to have customer service exceed my expectations. I'm old-school... I expect customer service which is at a level from which I would provide to a customer if the roles were reversed. It's not often companies do things this way anymore. Thanks for your resolution and just know how appreciative I am.

Chicago deep dish pizza nasty.garlic bread hard like a hockey puck not just the ends the entire loaf of garlic bread...chef sandwich dry and bread hard best part of this meal was the waffle fries..took twice to get correct change will not be back figured try something new but i should have just went to angelos

Surely a spot worth stopping by, the food is excellent and well prepared, the costs are reasonable and it is constantly well kept in here. 5 stars.

I placed and received a catering order last Saturday for fried chicken, Italian beef, mostaccioli, and Caesar salad. The gentleman from rosati's called me Saturday morning to confirm the order and time of delivery. It came exactly at 3:00 which I requested, the Young lady who delivered it was friendly and efficient, she helped me set everything up, but the best part was that the food is so good!! It was hot and all my guests really enjoyed it. I just had some of the leftover mostaccioli warmed up in the microwave and it's still absolutely delicious good job Rosati's will be ordering again soon. ud83dude0a

I really loved their dishes. I always get great customer service here. The place is well organised and the staff members are always kind. Will come visit again.
