Lewis Plumbing has gone above and beyond in customer service. They have not only done the plumbing for my bathroom remodel, but they have also come to my rescue in dealing with an unexpected leak in my basement in a timely manner.
He came out late at night and treated us with extreme kindness!
Never had them do work on the plumbing because they don't call back. Tried to schedule an appointment for them to come out. Secretary said she would have the plumber call me. Waited a day then called back. No answer. Finally got ahold of the plumber and he said he would call me the following day to set up time and never called.
Called Lewis Plumbing early in the week to come reinstall a botched installation of a new water heater. I spoke with Josh Lewis. His office coordinated the service call to my tenant's schedule two days later. Nate was on time, efficient, courteous and the price was what I expected. Went above and beyond what is typical service in today's world (located and repaired leaky gas line).nHighly recommend these guys!!
