They take an excellent care for my dog and cats. Two weeks ago I had my cat spayed at the clinic: no stitches, no collar! She was already active when I picked her just 3 hours after the surgery. No pain, jumping and playing next day as if nothing happened. Highly recommended: great service and reasonable prices.

2 of our 3 dogs were in last Friday for dental cleaning/extractions. Something went terribly wrong and when my husband picked them up one of them was a limp rag. They said that he went second so it might take a while for him to come out of it. 2 hours later he wasn't any better so my husband called and they said that he had woke up during the procedure so they had to give him more anesthesia and that he should come out of it eventually. A few hours later he wasn't improving (couldn't walk, eat, drink, eyes were going in different directions, etc.) so we brought him in to CASE and they examined him and determined it was a stroke and gave him a shot to reduce the swelling in his brain and try to help reverse the effects. It is now Tuesday and there is minimal improvement. I don't understand how the vet could send him home like that. He certainly wasn't being monitored well that they didn't know or care that he had a stroke. Maybe they thought they overdosed him and were hoping it would ware off? Had they been aware of his condition and taken measures to address it immediately instead of sending him home he certainly would have had better odds at rehabbing. We are so frustrated and hurt that they seem to be less than upfront and honest with us and feel that they are trying to cover up incompetency. When my husband called to discuss with them yesterday they showed no concern over our dog and offered him a credit for future visits...UHG!!!! In the past we were very pleased with Dr. D but the newer vet Dr. Max has turned out to be a disaster for us.

The gentlemen there lacks any additional information or advice to be given for the pet. You ask question, and nothing knowledgeable comes out. Nothing that I couldn't know looking off my phone, when they should be there for the support professionally. Not to just take my dog to guy.

I can't thank them enough for their compassion and understanding how difficult to pass our 10 year old cat over the rainbow bridge. The staff was thoughtful and caring understanding and so very patient. I cannot recommend them enough for pet care.

I took 3 French bulldogs in, Star, Channel and Krpto.nVet and staff were excellent. It was a hour ride and I have plenty of places near me but the ride was well worth for my pups and me. We have our vet and she's amazing.
