Went above and beyond!nOur 20 year old air conditioner broke during a major heat wave (predicted to be 88 degrees and above next couple weeks).nRyan and Hector arrived first thing in the morning the day after we called. They finished installing the new air conditioner in ~2 hours.nThey noticed our chimney was completely blocked, which would have caused issues allowing the furnace system to function come colder weather. He cleaned that out and also replaced our old thermostat for nicer one- for FREE!nWe were able to pay them via zelle - which was super convenient!nThey also gave us lots of great tips.nThey were professional , knowledgeable and easy going. We would recommend them and plan to use them when we replace our 20 year old furnace!nnUPDATE WINTER 2020:nAs anticipated, we had issues with our furnace this winter. We called master tech and they were able to fix it! Which was a relief, considering we worried we would need to replace the 20 year furnace. They were honest with the furnace’s condition ( “goodnCondition “) and recommended fixing it, rather than replacing . It’s been working well ever since!

They came diagnosed the issue and had my AC running same day! My service person was professional, polite, and great. I didn't expect their service to be so amazing. Everything checked out good and didn't get the hard sell. Very happy and would highly recommend these guys.

Ryan responded within minutes to a message I sent via email.nnIt was around 12 am on a Wednesday. He got me back up and running first thing in the morning. Prompt, reasonable, clean, and polite. Look no further; this is who you want to call Mastertech HVAC!

I have about 12 units at my office and I got fed up with my previous A/C guy who took days to show up and then never permanently fixed the problem.nI decided to look around and call Mastertech HVAC. and they were there the same day and said they would resolve my problem which they did. Since this event,I always call them.. Fast, friendly, competent and prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them for my home as well.

This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with at my place. I'm glad I made the right choice and will tell everyone about this company. Since they repaired my furnace and air conditioner, am please to say that my bills dropped by half.nnThank you Mastertech HVAC!
