Crazy driver, Cary (extremely nice and understanding)in HR had to contact this guy in vehicle 3 twice to stop following and riding my car and screaming at me for going the speed limit. Very unprofessional, I will never recommend this busy if this is how their service team is.
Bad Company to use.nNever completed Installation and Tested after Replace Back-Flow Valve.nI use them before pandemic COVID-19 for my Commercial Property. They Quoted in 2019 and took forever to come install then keep increasing cost to replace Replace Back-Flow Valve they did very bad job and broke my Domestic Valve and never took responsibility and fix it even one of the service lady admit they broke and there service people did not came to fix it , test it and complete the job and demanding payment so I ask them to finish and get paid but they took me to court for payment and lie to Judge and Judge Believe them specially because I was representing my self to save attorney fees which was my weakness but this guys are bad to use and never took responsibility of water leak and damage of there work.
Love this place. Once a year I have to have my backflow valve inspected because of some weird ordinance in lake zurich that makes us have a sprinkler system in attached housing, may or may not still exist, but the yearly inspection does. This year I couldn't have Thanksgiving dinner with my family, but the village threatened to turn my water off if I didn't have a complete stranger in my home to do an unnecessary inspection. American Backflow agreed to do it with no personal contact due to my increased risk of complications of COVID 19, THANKS American Backflow! Great company to deal with!
We are a new office with a complicated pumping system and we started to have a leak. Fast forward to today, Jerry was at the office to meet with someone from the city when he noticed the leak. Knowing the inspector was on his way, Jerry quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem with time to spare. Jerry wasn't here for a repair but he took action and saved us a ton of headache. Highly recommended for the friendly and expert service.
The was our first time using American Backflow for fire alarm related services and we will use them again in the future! The scheduling staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our service technician, Xavier, was prepared and completed service in a timely fashion. Great all round experience.
