I made a negative remark earlier, received a phone call explain why I was unable to reach them. All has been resolved as well as my questions answered.
I think this company is superb. The customer service has really been above and beyond! I really appreciate their time and care in dealing with my questions along the way. They are great.
Receptionist at the front desk is very unpleasant and rude. her attitude alone would make me not want to deal with anyone else from the company. I would not do business with them nor recommend
*For TRUCKERS* Recieving shift starts at 8.30 am but you can check in at 8.15 and they will assign you a dock . Check in office is at side of the building on Herbert road. I noticed that there was only 1 dock for recieving 460 . I got offloaded in 1 hour (Full load) . Overnight parking available maximum 2 trucks front of docks .
