My family and I have brought our pets (dogs & a cat) to All Creatures for over 20 years. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend Dr. Nordstrom to all pet owners. He takes his time with every fur parent, answers all of your questions and is very kind! (My dog is VERY shy and I have seen him take his time to approach her in a way that she was comfortable with. I also had an elderly cat with special needs and she was so comfortable around him!)nBecause of COVID19 all of the conversations are over the phone, but they do not rush you or take your concerns any less seriously.

Very thoughtful, kind, and good with the animals. They are thorough and explain everything very well. Unfortunately, everything is by phone due to Covid, but they are very careful and it is appreciated!

We have always had a very pleasant experience with the doctors and the staff here and they take very good care of our pet. They have also adapted well to COVID and most appointments are converted to drive up.
