I cannot speak highly enough about Ridge Plumbing. We had a central drain pipe blockage that was forcing us to close the office. Lance added us to the end of his daily schedule and worked for a few hours until he was able to clear the very stubborn blockage. He was great and his fees were fair. They will be my go to plumber from now on. I do not hesitate to recommend Ridge Plumbing.
This was the second time I've needed plumbing services in 2 years and each time this firm exceeds my expectations. Last year my old sump pump finally failed so I called Ridge and they responded very promptly. They gave me a very reasonable quote before they came out and adhered to this fair price , especially for the the work and time they invested. This is a father-son business and they treated me like family too.. Besides the pump and back up, they checked my other ejector pump in the basement and explained how each worked and basic maintenance.nThis weekend, the basement toilet didn't flush and the cause was a malfunction to the ejector pump which had overflowed a little. I discovered this Friday night about 8 pm while we were getting the house ready for a large family party on Saturday. With so many people invited, I couldn't easily put an Out of Order sign on the bathroom door. Within 5 minutes of my evening call, the son, Mark, called me back and scheduled an appointment 1st thing Saturday morning . He drained the pump well and replaced the float switch as promised, quickly, and he quoted a very, very reasonable price before he came out. I couldn't have been more pleased, which prompted me to write this review this time, since this service reminded me of their last service call . Now, Ridge Plumbing is my plumbing guys.
