The service was excellent, the food was, as always, perfect, the store was spotless and the location is great. I've enjoyed Jersey Mike's from California to Rhode Island and have always been happy. Total thumbs up!!!
This store is awful at online orders. I've ordered 4-5 times from them now and they mess something up every time. The first few times, I arrived on time for my pickup and food wasn't ready. One time, they hadn't even started making it when I got there. Another time I was literally pulling in the parking lot when I got an update on my phone saying my order would 15 minutes late. The last time I ordered my order confirmation said it was going to take 50 minutes to make my sandwich. I arrived to find out my food had been sitting on the counter for a long time and it was cold and soggy. Its 9 months into covid now and all the other places I order from have online orders figured out. I don't get what their problem is and I won't do business with them again.
Have tried both their cold and hot subs. They are both delicious. My favorite is the Philly steak sub (hot) and turkey and provolone sub (cold).
I was initially going to comment on how long the wait was on 3/19 at about noon. However, the manager explained that they were short one staff member and that the computer had crashed. They had over 20 online order tickets print at once and had many customers in line (including myself).nOverall this did take a bit longer than usual for this Jersey Mikes location...however the staff was friendly and got the orders out as fast as they could
Would absolutely recommend eating here. Awesome atmosphere, delightful dishes, good customer service. Keep up the good work.
