We ate there on a whim and we're pleasantly surprised. The quality of their food, the ambiance and service are so good it makes calling it a fast food place seem like a pejorative. Zupas is as good as it gets in in the arena. And their prices are reasonable too. We loved it and hope they build one in Crystal Lake soon. We'd be regulars.

This location was very clean and organized. The manager Jin was very helpful and inviting. This was my first time coming in so I didn’t know much about it. He walked me through the whole menu and was very friendly. The food was phenomenal. I really enjoyed my experience in this location. Thank you for all you guys do!!!

Some people have commented that portion sizes are a bit small relative to the price. True, I can get more tonnage of food at the local burger joint. However, this place is clean. I mean laser-guided, space age sanitary. Likewise the quality of the ingredients and attentiveness of the staff. That means a lot to me and my family.

Finally made it to Cafe Zupas after thinking about trying for a long time and I am so mad I did not come sooner. The people were so friendly and helpful. Loved the strawberry salad and chicken enchilada soup. Ingredients are very fresh, good quality and nice flavors. We also enjoyed the rice crispy dessert. Also love they have a pickup window which I plan to try in the future. Much better option than Panera IMO. Highly recommend!
