If I could give you zero stars I would. I come there at 2:00 today and the doors are locked. The girl comes to the door and tells me they are on lunch break and to come back in 30 minutes.nWhat do you think would happen if Kohl's pulled that. Just ridiculous!

Management needs to work on training staff to communicate and prioritize better. I was second in line to cash register, I turned around to talk to my daughter and when I turned back, the customer in front of me was gone and so was the cashier. Then I spent exactly 15 minutes waiting for her to do piercing. My transaction took 30 seconds. I left the store extremely dissatisfied. For reference it happened 10 minutes ago at 11:45 am on Sep 14, 2019.
