This location and team is great! Went in as a pair of KS earrings I got (2nd hand) broke and the team was quick to find a replacement pair, kind enough to listen to me babble about how much I love(d) that earring style and even sold my replacements at a sale price. I highly recommend visiting this store and team! They were the absolute sweetest! Also, the jewelry is so beautiful!

I went in to buy a fairly expensive gift for my friend’s birthday. I specifically asked if the necklace was returnable and if there were stores in Connecticut, where my friend lives. I was assured multiple times that the necklace was returnable and that there were multiple stores in Connecticut. Based on these statements, I purchased the necklace. Turns out the lady flat out LIED to me. There are no stores in Connecticut and the necklace is NOT returnable. Absolutely livid.
