Horrible girl with customer service on a Friday at 838 to be closed and not even apologize for it or have a reason. Need to understand what customer service is
I work right next to this gas station and get gas here about every two days(I drive for my job) it’s great and convenient and I’ve had the rewards card for over a year now I believe, but every other time now I put my phone number in the gas pump it doesn’t give me my points. (I check my points every time to see if it went through ever since the first time it didn’t go through). The whole point of me only going to this gas station is to get those points with my rewards card but if every other time I’m not going to get it and it’s not going to go through I don’t see the point. I called a few times now different occasions and the employees are very nice, but they tell me I can come in in the morning and talk with Jessica the manager but that loses the whole point of me getting my points. The $1 I was supposed to save in gas I would lose by having to go there and talk with her to try and get my points, so every time it doesn’t go through I just lose my points and never get them and it’s been happening very often recently.
Would give 5 but the 420 has nothing to do with what’s inside.
The car wash chunked my two rims on the driver side of my vehicle. At 1000 dollars a well I'm not exactly thrilled about this nor am I using there facility either.
This Mobil gas station is located on the corner of Dundee and Quentin. There is a small convenience store in the middle of the property. They make you pre pay the gas inside before you pump for some reason. The staff was friendly to me during my purchase.
