Fast and great
I almost never post reviews, but this place is consistently messing up my orders majority of the time. In person or mobile order, either way they're probably going to mess it up. Unfortunately, this is the only Dunkin on my commute and near home. Really wish the owner would take more pride in the quality control here.
I asked for an ice coffee and plain toasted bagel, todo a drive home 3 minutes away, and realized my bagel was cold, not toasted. The girl at the window charged me and gave me my iced coffee but left and came back few mins later confused what I was waiting for. She said oh the bagel.. and didn’t even apologize for me waiting patiently. Or thank you, no words came out of her. I still said thank you regardless.
Very very slow service, online order came out wrong, drink was messed up/too strong, heard staff members say “what else is she waiting for?” when I was still waiting for half of my online order that was ordered with plenty of time in advance.nnNot worth the money, the time, or the business.
I have two favorite Dunkin Donuts is this one is number to the other one is in Calumet Park on 127th Street both of them my equal a fabulous
