The weekday morning staff here is great. Friendly and helpful. Coffee is hot and the beer is cold.
Came in and used a new provided cup to refill my cup since for some reason I can't refill it directly for some reason. Clerk rudely stated at first she couldn't ring it out because I had my own cup even though she watched me safely refill it. Then she asked what size it was. After I told her she procedure to ring me up for the largest size. When I called her out she refused to ring me for a refill mumbling about company policy doesn't allow refills (lies). The blatant theft is the most troubling. I'd really like for management/ownership to reach out to resolve this, and retrain an employee who should probably not be working in customer service.nn11/01/20: I still have never been contacted by management. This ensures you know how they truly don't care about their customers.
