Vets are great, staff is super friendly and attentive, and we appreciate that we can walk-in with our dogs vs. waiting in the car like other veterinarian facilities. Our dogs love going to daycare and they always look happy and healthy when we pick them up.
They took the shot records I gave them and sent them to animal control without my permission. They have no right to pass on my dogs records. I sent them my records to send my dog there but didn’t send her due to an unnecessary flu shot. My dog is up to date on all shots required including rabies but they apparently were making sure my dog has a tag. My dog doesn’t have a tag because I was unaware of it being a requirement as a first time dog owner. My dog has not even gone for a play date yet and now will NEVER!
We just moved into the area. First visit here was professional, friendly and responsive to my dog's needs. Because of Covid-19 my dog's vaccinations were expired but they were able to call my old vet obtain her records and provide her with the care she needed very quickly. I look forward to trying their boarding facility and doggie daycare.
Love bringing my dogs here... Their technicians are so respectable and friendly. You can tell they actually care about the animals they are treating. Their groomers are honestly masters of their craft. And the size of their boarding facility is amazing. Highly recommend.
Dr Bell was so sweet and went through all my concerns to help out my pup. I loved the walk-in availability! It is so convenient for those quick needs!
