Food was fresh, hot and very delicious!!! Plus nice and warm inside for indoor dining! Under new ownership and owner was wonderful!! Those garlic mozzarella stuffed knots were YUMMY along with the breadsticks and double pepperoni pan pizza yummy!!
DO NOT order from this location (Yorkville). We used the App and placed an order at 5:45. Received an emailing saying it would be delivered at 7. We then received a text message at 6:45 saying the order was out for delivery. After waiting 25 minutes we called to check on the order and was told it would be delivered with in minutes. Another 15 minutes went by and called back to ask for a manager. Was told the manager was too busy and would call me back. After waiting another 20 minutes called back again and the manager refused to answer the phone. The pizza finally showed up at 8 (an hour late). The pizza was cold and clearly had been sitting in the delivery guys car for an hour. The delivery guy was respectful and apologetic but everyone else we spoke to from this location was rude and did not seem to care. Each time we called we waited on hold for nearly ten minutes. The employee who answered the phone each time gave us attitude and did not care. He was not apologetic and did not even try to resolve the situation. A subpar pizza to begin with accompanied by employees who don’t care and a manger who is too much of a coward to get on the phone and deal with the situation. Will be calling the corporate office...
Great ambiance, love the food but service was slow
Please don’t take orders over the phone without asking and securing for a payment first, I really feel bad that my family says that a delivery guy was at our door with a $80 order. We never do orders by phone at any place and we never spend $80 on pizza. I hope it was just a mistake and not someone that just wanted to do play dirty to others.
Rude staff, they keep you on the phone for minutes and when I tried calling back they kept declining
