Countless pieces of important mail lost and never recovered. This place has absolutely zero accountability.

If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely unprofessional. 2 times now that no notice of delivery was left. Mail was not scanned, so no way for anyone to know where the mail is. Then all of the sudden I see unclaimed, returning to sender. Tried calling the post office, but nobody ever answers. Called a customer service number and the lady there finally got a hold on f someone there. When I picked it up the ladies at the post office were super arrogant and rude. Unacceptable. This specific piece of mail was never attempted to be delivered. I worked from home and would have noticed someone knocking at my door!!! Do your job or find another one. People need to be held accountable!

Holly is amazing!!!!!! Anytime I’ve ever needed something they’ve always gone above and beyond to try to help. With everything going on with USPS right now it’s great to see the Yorkville postal service is definitely pulling their weight.

I have been shipping packages for over 20 years at the post office and the Yorkville location is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. Employees are extremely rude and arrogant and have no idea about mailing procedures. They will give you an attitude as if you are wrong, when every other post office actually knows the actual rules and procedures. I would be absolutely embarrassed to work at this location.
