Visited the store a few times and Tony has always been helpful and professional. So far T-mobile has been good.
Great customer service. I went in with help with my account and trying to upgrade, and they were really helpful and didn't try to shove so many add on and upgrades and all that stuff like they do at other store. I wanted to save some money on my bill and the found a better more affordable plan without trying to talk me out if it hahaha. Go in and ask for Jacob, he's great help.
The people were helpful in upgrading my sim card.
I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone the girls I dealt with where rude I called asked the approximate lead time on the new I-phone12 pro max was told I would have to come in and have my DL scanned why I don’t know as I had all of info but what ever so they told me it would be about 2weeks before a new phone would be in but before they could give me a better date I would have to come in so I did when I got there told them that I just spoke with them on the phone and was here to get a better idea of delivery then was told that there was no way I would get a phone until after the first of the year but they asked for my ID or anything not my name or even what phone I will never use them again we have only been customers for 17 years
the t mobile employee, Liz, that helped me was absolutely amazing and I'd honestly come back just for a conversation with her. amazing 30/10 service from her
