I ordered 2 meals from there, both including hash browns and they gave me my order without hash browns. I called because I could not go back and the man said I could come back anytime and get them. When I went back to get them he said he had no record of anyone calling but it was the same man I spoke to on the phone. I ordered a large hot caramel macchiato from there one day and all it was was coffee when I got it. I went there at 8:40 pm one night and they were closed even though their website said 9pm. I think I’ve given up on this dunkin.
I’m pretty plain - always an extra large hot coffee with cream and sugar but for whatever the reason(s), the cream that’s been mixed into the coffee over the past year or so has tasted pretty bad and this has happened every time. I used to purchase coffee from this place 2-3 times per week until a couple years ago. Not sure what’s changed but the DD on the south end of town still tastes great.
Picking up an online order inside is horrible. Drive thru is always the way to go
I get a cappuccino blast almost every day on my way to work from here it is always made wrong and taste nasty
turned down multiple people at 8:59 and isn't the first time this has happened. most workers here are rude no smile and they mess up or use old nasty coffee 75% of the time never going to this location.
