This place doesn’t have the menu for the ice cream in the drive through! Nothing about ice cream!! You have to guess what flavors are available!!nAnd they never have the season flavor neither!!
Says 11pm close time online n on the window but closed at 9pm . Should update that!! Drove out here for nothing. Wanted ice cream but now guess gey to go home n make 4 kids unhappy
I am not a 1 start review person but this was bad customer service. It is now 808pm on a Sunday night. I am sitting at Culver eating ice cream and writing this review. This is also the 2nd time this happened. I pulled up to get ice cream at 751 pm. After waiting in line and being asked to hold for a second by the girl taking orders i tried to order at 758pm. I was then told that ice cream closed at 8. After I said it was before 8 she just said sorry. I went inside and talked to the girl who I think was in charge. After a few words she said it was 759. I said I understand that it was close but it was still before 8. She basically said you can't order at 759. Well if you can't order at 759 you need to close at 759. Anyways I will not go there and spend $25.00 on shakes again. I will spend my money where businesses treat there customers right. If this wasn't 2nd time I wouldn't be so upset.
They helped me pick a flavor for me. It was alright.
