Had Augusta Plumbing replace a water heater. They charged me $1,328. for the water heater and install. The water heater was a Home Depot model priced at $419.00. I called Home Depot to see what they would charge for install and they quoted a price of $1,018.99 with the water heater and that was having Augusta Plumbing install for Home Depot. Augusta Plumbing is a sub contractor for Home Depot but if they do it on their own they charge more even though I live 4 minutes away from their shop. Called their office to ask about the price difference and was told they would give me a discount if I wrote a 5 star review for them. I also never received a receipt for their services which I specifically asked for. Now they don't even return a phone call. I just wanted an honest answer and a fair price.

I have been working with Shane and his crew for over 10 years. They are very professional and easy to work with. Everyone at August is always willing to help get things taken care of as soon as possible. I highly recommend Augusta Plumbing & Heating.
