We shopped around and got a few quotes for our well water treatment system. Chicago Water Pros was by far the most professional, knowledgeable and responsive. No high pressure sales pitch, no gimmicks. We got a good price. Installation ran right on time and as promised. They came back out a couple of weeks later to test the water again and make sure everything was running smoothly. This is a very good company and we are very happy with the entire experience. We purchased a home with a newer water softener system. The unit had a small leak. Called Friday and had an appointment for Monday morning. Mike came out and was very friendly, courteous. He answered all my questions and set us up on a decently priced warranty since it didn't transfer from the previous owner. Very excited to know that the unit is covered and I will be working with very professional people. Thank you, Mike!!

We had an issue with our old softener and scheduled a service appointment with them. The tech came out and it turned out to be a really simple programming issue - took him 5 minutes to fix. Didn't even charge for the call - said it doesn't even really qualify as a repair. We don't knw anything about these things and they really could have taken advantage. What an honest company - will definitely use them when it's time for replacement!

I had several meetings setup to speak about the different soft water systems. However, I ended up canceling with the others after Mike came out and thoroughly explained how Chicago Water Pros worked. The fact that it is family owned and run, along with the lifetime guarantee I didn’t have the need to look elsewhere. The installation was very professional, clean and timely. I feel that we made the right decision in choosing this company. I highly recommend Chicago Water Pros!

Excellent communication we called as we moved in to a home that has a tank. We have never used one and we thought about getting it turned on and using it.nWe called it’s a free in home estimate. John came in right on time at 9 am he was super nice and pleasant and did not pressure my husband. He gave him our choices and what to do. He gave us different options and awesome prices and again the most important thing we did not feel pressured which is what you get at a lot of places.nThank you David and Chicago Water Prosnfor hiring such an awesome individual that is super knowledgeable and great customer service.
