Eric A from Perfect home services was extremely professional - probably the most experienced technician we’ve ever had. Cleaned and fixed the furnace and checked for gas’s leaks did an outstanding job! After this excellent experience there is no way we would consider using anyone else. And can’t forget the best part, the price they charged was outstanding. Highly recommended. After leaving we felt that this company really cares about their service to their customers.

Very professional and knowledgeable technician. took time to explain what he was doing and why. he was here to preform a furnace tune up and I will call Perfect Home Services for their help in the future. Today Scott came over to estimate replacement costs for the heating and cooling system. He is very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us for an immediate decision. We will take the professionalism of both employees that have visited our home into consideration when we choose a company to install the new systems.

Jim (Technician), knowledgeable about diagnosing the furnace and point out potential issues.nnChris (Sales) was knowledgeable about the different products, finances etc. a little on the pushy side, other than that very good.nnRamon & Renee (Installers) Did very nice clean work in a timely manor.nnPaul F (Specialist) did a very good follow up by tweaking the system for most optimal performance. Very Knowledgeable about the system.

The technician Pete we have previously worked with at Able Heating & AC. He installed our American Standard Furnace & AC. I like Pete because we have built a trust relationship over the years. Since Perfect Home Service. bought Able, we don't know what to expect, however, having Pete now working for them was a real plus! Pete has significant experience with our system and we feel we can get excellent care under his service. I give Pete 5 stars, however, I only gave 4 stars to Perfect as their fees seem high. I also got quotes on other services and they seemed high. I hope Pete will continue to work there, so I can continue to have his experience with our HVAC System.

I heard a commercial for them and decided to give them a shot. I called and they were able to schedule me for the following day. Smith the technician called me 40 min before the appointment to let me know he was on the way. He came and thoroughly examined our HVAC system. He made us aware of what he was going to do and gave us options on other maintenance items that he thought might be issues down the road. We didn’t feel any pressure to do anything and Smith even recommended doing some research on what he suggested to us. Long story short, we were very satisfied, would recommend them to friends and will be using them again.
