High praise to the staff at DPT. My physician referred me to this office on Rte. 59. Meghan took time to assess my chronic back issues professionally and with great care. She made sure I was making progress and offered great at home exercises. What I especially appreciated was that Meghan or one of her staff, often Mike, was always with me each session directing, coaching, and encouraging each exercise. Insurance issues were competently handled. Scheduling appointments was easy! Overall excellent experience! Nancy S

conveniently located! facility was great and staff was nice. very flexible with scheduling which I really appreciated! I would come back to this location and I have recommended this location to many people.

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.nnSix visits - each time with a different provider - each with different ideas on causes, solutions and treatment plans.nnI went in with annoying plantar fasciitis. I stopped going because my Dr. told me that I would need surgery - because the PT made things worse.nnInitially it was just a little stiffness and pain. Eventually, I was put in and immobilizer boot, only able to walk with crutches, and told to get an MRI because surgery was likely - due to the tendon damage caused by the therapy that was supposed to help me.nnI understand that the issue was that they were understaffed. It happens. I get it. But their profit should not be a the sacrifice of my health.nnThey should have never taken me on as a patient.nnThey know what they did to me. No one ever called to check in on me. No one ever followed up to see if there was anything that they could do.nnBut guess what they didn't forget - to send the bill.nYeah, they didn't forget that.
