Dr. Durnas has been my go to for back / neck issues that started from golfing years ago - I wish I would have found him sooner!! The ART technique he uses is key to relieving a lot of issues I have. Cannot recommend enough!

I highly recommend Action Chiropractic and Dr. Durnas. I was having lower back pain and feel much better after just a single visit. He cracked and stretched my back and lower body to address the root cause of the issue. Also gave me some stretches and advice to keep the pain from returning.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Durnas, and I could not recommend him ENOUGH! I see my chiropractor in LA regularly, and Dr. Durnas exceeded my expectations by focusing on soft tissue work specific to my limitations. This was on top of the usual adjustments of my reoccurring subluxations, neck, and back misalignments. So grateful, I felt like I was getting a personalized massage! Love him!
