My friend picked up an order for us but forgot to get the chips and a drink that were part of the order. I submitted a request for a refund through the app and the corporate office sent a message to Joe, the store manager. He followed up right away to submit the refund and apologized for not having the additional items with the order even though it wasn’t his fault. I appreciated his follow through to take care of the refund. The subs are always great tasting, but I will keep ordering from this location because of Joe’s customer service and follow through.
used to be previously employed at this location however with this new fantastic ownership, it runs quite smooth from a customers standpoint, which is always great. Wonderful experience, expect me back ud83dudc4d
Very neat and convenient restaurant. They provide big portions and for fair rates. We enjoyed the meals very much and the waiters were super personal and chatty. I recommend this place.
I love Jersey Mike's but have been disappointed of late. Sandwiches have been dry and it seems they're cutting back on the amount of meat slices. Today I ordered take out. Ordered pickles on the sandwichnsandwich and tomato. Got my sandwich only to find no tomato, good... But also no pickles... Sad.... Don't get me wrong. I still ate the sandwich. But it was not as enjoyable.
Don't go on lunch hours only one person makes sandwich while the other one stands there ringing people up. Mismanaged. Otherwise good food.
