CiCi's Pizza

This is our third time here. This CiCi's is Clean & well run. The food entrees and salad bar were refreshed and added to as needed. They will make you a fresh pizza ud83cudf55 with toppings you desire. The brownies, cinnamon rolls & ud83cudf4e apple pie dessert pizza help finish up a nice meal. I highly recommend this restaurant location in Naperville.

Best pizza buffet I have ever been to. Cheap and good and plenty of veriety.

The food is ok, good for being a buffet. There are a lot of choices for pizza toppings and styles. The staff don’t wear their masks properly though, and are not friendly like they used to be.

I’m not usually one to complain or leave a poor review. I don’t like being a “Karen” about things. But this needs to be said. My kids love coming here. Usually we come and have a great experience. Staff is friendly and the manager is really attentive. Always asking us how things are, if we want any special orders, etc. Today, I can say that at the beginning of our visit, it seemed pretty run of the mill. No issues. The manager took our order, again was attentive and welcoming, and we paid, and right before he sat down he said to my husband and I “please make sure you wear a mask, use hand sanitizer and gloves each time you come up”. Easy enough, right?! I mean, it’s rules because covid, and as a healthcare worker, im going to do my part to keep social distancing and mask up...whatever the rules are. So we got the kiddos settled. My husband got their drinks. I sat with the kids, and asked Them what they would like us to get them. Because....again......pandemic, and as much as my kids try to follow the mask rules, they are little and need reminders, so we try to be considerate of the other people using the buffet. My 14 year old then points out the large family sitting by the arcade games.....and how none of them are wearing masks. I say, “well they are eating so I wouldn’t worry”. No sooner did I say that, then the dad gets up from the group...no mask....walks over to the buffet and just takes a slice...no sanitizer or gloves or anything! Ok....maybe he forgot. It happens right? So we get our food, get situated and start eating. The big family, again gets up, while my husband is in line for food, no masks, and starts crowding him by the buffet while he is trying to get his food. No gloves, no hand sanitizer....despite signs being literally plastered all over the buffet, and absolutely zero social distancing. He felt forced to just go sit back down because he doesn’t want to get sick. We then watch them all sit back down, yelling and at one point one of the females picked her teeth. Then the kids in this group, ages from pre-K to elementary school age, get up....no masks....and start playing the games. The oldest boy then runs over to the desserts, followed by the other kids....no masks...and starts using their hands to pick at EACH DESSERT!!!! One even picking his nose while manhandling the food!!! The parents did absolutely nothing. The father and grandfather actually hollered over to have one of them grab something for him!!!! Then the kid brings a big plate of desserts, goes over to a freshly cleaned/sanitized table and starts climbing all over it and eating all over it. The other kids join him, while also running up to the soda machine and sticking fingers up the dispensers for the drinks. Again....parents do nothing. The grandma of the group gets up, walks to the buffet, no mask, and SNEEZES while getting her food. I couldn’t finish my dinner. I was disgusted at that point. My kids had asked to go play the driving game and claw machines. I had to tell them no because the kids from the large family were running around picking their noses, eating while playing the games, no masks putting hands in their mouths.....totally unfair! I mean, I get it, it’s kids, but come on! My four year old can wear a mask, your kids can too! As can your elementary school children. Especially during a pandemic. And especially in a restaurant that caters to kids and has video games. The manager saw the whole thing!!!!! AND SAID NOTHING!!!!!! He watched the kids run around, he watched them goof with the soda machine. He watched the adults walk up and just take things off the buffet without following rules. He did nothing!!!!! Sadly I don’t think we will be back until the pandemic slows down more. Which could be a long time. It’s sad. My 7 year old loves this place.
