Speaking as a store manager, of another company, employee morale is important, if 1 staff member on shift is miserable, it's contagious. 3/4 employees I interacted with carried themselves in a manner more fitting at a wake, not taking my order, then my payment, having me sign for credit card, and inevitably 1 more handing me my food. Last one was likely management, as she was the ONLY one who managed send a smile and or a good attitude my way. All this having been said, good food, prompt service will probably return at some point in the future.
Pleasantly surprised. I had to fish sandwich along with my wife and we both really enjoyed it. I prefer this location to the other location in the nearby area. Who was that greasy and we had a 241 coupon on top of it. So happy happy and I'll be back
We will never go back. My wife and I were out Christmas shopping and decided to grab a bite. We know it's fast food but my first bite into my sandwhich was met with a long hair. We immediately called the store and had them issue a full refund. Unfortunately the very young manager required us to open the wrapper and show then the hair. We had eaten nothing and just wanted a refund. He finally obliged. My customer service experience left me desiring more of a response. Just a quick sorry about that and walked away.
The food is great however we were served by a very rude individual my grandpa had ordered 2 sandwiches which would have gave us four we were missing 1 sandwich not that big of a deal we told her the problem and she caught a attitude for no reason I had to of course mediate the situation because my grandpa can tend to get agitated due to his Irish decent but if you can't keep your composer when working with costumers then I don't think you should have a job.
This place is always fast and the food is always hot and fresh. Their Jamocha shakes are always the perfect thickness and packed full of flavor.
